Reflected Face.

It’s like a glimmer on the surface seen from the bottom of an ocean.

As the water clears and the surface calms the light shines through.

But where is this light coming from?

You.

You’ve seen yourself reflected back for the first time.

The next step is to recognize your own face.

Our reflection of ourselves will revere the mirror of many images , were never will without flaws or frailty . Its our scars that even the strongest of us that have endured the storm there always stories remind us of the testament in perseverance of life and the will to experience each moment .

Thanks for the link, an interesting page! Yes the scars can make us strong, but can also make us numb and too hard…brittle if we do not take care to inspect them from time to time. Mental scars, marks, or samskara, creates tension in the mind and body that can lead to dysfunction. Inspecting these, seeing them, bringing them out of the shadows can help release them, heal the scar, and let go of the trauma…while still keeping the strength of vulnerability.

Very True Cian this why there always two sides to every story .Just in our actions that fear of the unknown , waging finding the balance , to darkness because whether you accept or not its within all us .

Some wounds never close Cian just feel the affects of salt being soaked deeper as reminder what tried to break you .
