Integrated Leader. In the MindHacker world, we do have a number of projects on the go. The biggest is The Integrated Leader; That’s kinda like taking up all the air in my room, right now. However, there are some other projects going on here in the Galaxy Hoppers world.

What is Happening in the Galaxy Hoppers World?

We’ve done a relaunch and a rebranding of my Facebook group from Reality Hackers to MindHacker – Masters of Business and Spirit. So that’s recognizing that I’m no longer focused predominantly on spiritual training.

What I’m doing is I’m weaving Spiritual Technology and Training together with Business Training and Personal Coaching; So… My public group needed to be rebranded to reflect that.

And, we’re also going to be pivoting a lot of the content in the group as well, to include topics such as Cryptocurrency topics, such as; Business Finance, as well as Spirituality and Consciousness Transformation.

In addition to that, I just launched that Master’s of Business in Crypto, which’s inside The MindHacker brand. And, the other massive project that we’re doing is we’re really leaning into our YouTube strategy.

So one of the other projects we didn’t talk about is the Stephanie Jaie brand, as well as the Road to digital Spiritual Nomad (R2DSN). So currently those have all been on the same YouTube channel with the MindHacker. And we recently hired a marketing consulting firm, which is one of the top social consulting firms out of the UK; They’re called Supersize Media a really, really awesome team. I highly recommend working with them. The value’s just been amazing through the roof!!!

They’ve advised us on another number of things with our YouTube strategy, the most visible, which is splitting the channels so that we can, uh, have a proper focus for SEO purposes. So that’s a pretty big pivot for us;

We’re having to start two new channels and get new subscribers and integrate it all with our mailing lists. And there are blogs and everything… That’s a lot of work, which our lovely team and in Galaxy Hoppers is working on with us. So that’s, that’s really awesome. It’s a lot of fun, but it’s also a lot of work.

We’re leaning into more new and different content for The MindHacker blog, right?

The Integrated Leader Project

And that’s coming off the heels of The Integrated Leader. So the reason I left the Integrated Leader for last is it represents a major shift in The MindHacker brand and what its reason for being is and where it’s going

And you’re going to see that shift throughout MindHacker throughout Galaxy Hoppers… Even through the Stephanie Jaie‘s brand.

I’m really excited about The Integrated Leader because it represents something huge and what that is, is an Integration of Spirituality and Business together. And so I talked a little bit about this sort of idea of how a man or a woman for that matter can transform at home, right?

Transform themselves, own their triggers and, and start actually operating in a more relaxed space, holding inspirational manners that allow creativity to flow in their business. This is kind of the foundation of The Integrated Leader as an idea.

Integrated Leader – The Book

And, so… The Book; The Integrated Leader, part of a Mind Hack or series of books: we just finished writing it. We’re now editing it. I think we’ve got like two or 300 pages. It’s an awesome book.

I mean, we; Me and The Team that I’m working with to write the book. They hired a Ph.D. guy who has a degree in Sociology and Religious Studies and Anthropology.

Uh, anyway, they need a guy at this level to:

  1. Really unpack The Book and understand it
  2. Help structure it
  3. Edit it
  4. And, put it all together.

He also happens to be, um, a guy who’s worked with Universities and the creation of educational programs. The team and I have really gotten together and looked at the vision for this book and just realize that this isn’t just a book, right?

Foundational Transformation of the way Business is done; Like The Integrated Leader

This book; The Integrated Leader represents such a foundational transformation of the way business is done, that it is actually going to be:

  • A certification program
  • A teacher training program.
  • And it’s going to be getting into Universities as almost as an MBAization program.

How Elon does it

Elon Musk

Right? So… If you look at Elon Musk‘s, comments quite recently in December 2020, he was basically saying never hire MBAs, literally said that don’t ever hire MBAs because they are so focused on:

  • Finance
  • Boards
  • Efficiency
  • And, just running things by the numbers

So much so, that there’s no creativity, there’s no focus on product.

And all the people working for them are basically pivoted from thinking creatively about problems to; How can I get this done as quickly as possible and cheaply as possible? And that’s just a kiss of death for businesses, especially in the newer areas where you’re forging new pathways, right?

Look at electric cars, space missions to the moon, building a city on the moon, you know? Like, you kinda need creative people thinking creatively and those kinds of businesses versus just grinding efficiency and profit, right? And now look at the guy (Elon Musk), you know? He’s, the most wealthy man in the world and so it’s not lost on me that all those shareholders and directors and people who were in Tesla, over a decade ago were saying; “Oh, you know, you can’t run a business like this”

  • You’re not paying enough attention to the shareholders into profit.
  • You’re going to drive it into the ground.

Shared Vision

You know that Elon was basically like; “Guys, I’ve got this vision. I’m going to make it happen. And you’re in the business. YOU, because you believe in MY VISION or GET OUT.”

And that actually polarized a lot of shareholders and a lot of shareholders did leave. And now they’re crying because they missed out on this huge opportunity, right?

That’s the Kind of Leadership that’s needed in this world to change this world, to change the way businesses interact with this world. Right? Look at his businesses. They’re businesses that are changing the world.

Tesla is trying to push the needle on a major worldwide problem, which is this pollution due to petroleum, which is causing greenhouse gases, which is causing poison with this fracking.

There are all sorts of reasons why this is a good thing. And yes, it has its problems, but it’s pushing the needle forward. And it’s like a paradigm shift in the way that we think about transportation.

The Future Starts Today, Right?

He’s launched another thing called The Hyperloop, which is also going to be a paradigm shift in the way we think about transportation and air travel, right?

This, this mission to the moon, again, it’s a paradigm shift. It’s like; Hey, you know? If all these other things don’t work out and the planet is still totally screwed within the next 50 to 100 years, we’re going to need a way off the planet. But, if we wait until we know the planet is screwed to start building things, it’s too late, right? Because it’s going to take us 50 years to build a city on the Moon on Mars.

That’s the kind of thinking where your Integrating; Finance and Boards and Shareholders. This has lots of that stuff, but it’s not the only focus. He’s also focused on the product, right?

What he calls product. I call “product” the creative side, the sort of ethereal side of the business that is like that Spirit. It’s the Spirit of the Business really, right? It’s the reason customers are coming to you, is the business’s spirit. What is it you value.

Lack of soul in business

If you lose sight of a business’s true value to its customers, and you just start trying to extract value from customers, that’s where the business is going to go sideways. And it’s that kind of behaviour that causes all the people in the business to flip from creative mode to just like pure efficiency. And that’s what drives customers away. But it’s also what drives businesses to respond, to try to survive in this sort of scarcity mindset.

They start really behaving erratically, almost like psychopaths. Some psychologists have analyzed the behaviour of businesses and have said; Yeah… Businesses are basically psychopaths.

I would say businesses that have lost sight of their value, lost sight of that spirit. And those subtle essences of a business are psychopaths. Just when people have really lost sight of their value and their spirit and their reason for being, they tend to start to behave like psychopaths, because they now just want to extract value in every interaction with another human is transactional.

How can I get something out of you?

And okay, I have to exchange something to get that, but then it’s just a transaction. There’s no heart in business, no spirit. There’s no life in that, right? When you change your mind, and you balance the need for a structure, that’s going to hold you and create safety with the idea of that.

There’s some sort of heart, there’s some sort of essence that needs to grow inside that structure. And that’s what the real goal is, not the money. It’s not the structure. The money creates safety. It creates a container, right? And the money will come when there’s value there. When a person or an individual has a focus on the product, on the heart of the business, on the essence of the business, they can actually provide that value inside that container… But, knowing that we’re not just here for the transactions: So that’s the essence of The Integrated Leader.

What about the future?

I think we’re probably going to start launching a lot more content. We’ve just done a shred of the book. A shred is where you rip apart the book and you pull out all the gold and you create a lot of:

  • Content videos
  • e-Books
  • Giveaways
  • All sorts of blog post
  • And, and we start providing value to people like literally giving away the gold inside the book, right?

So that people can start to see this because, again, the value is not in the book, the value is in the transformation that’s going to happen worldwide when people start to resonate with these ideas.

The Bigger Project

So for us, the real point is to start getting that content out there and having people think about it, consume it and reflect their thoughts on it. Because then we can take those thoughts back, integrate them and create a bigger idea behind The Integrated Leader; Because the idea is bigger than just MindHacker. It’s bigger than Galaxy Hoppers, is bigger than me, it’s bigger than the team, right?

If this is going to be a worldwide shift in the way people think about themselves and about their businesses and about their relationship with the planet, then, it just needs to grow, right?

Within the next year, we should be done editing the book. So… We’ll actually launch the book.

Before that, we’re going to do some pre-launch. We’re going to give away a few e-Books. We’re going to get people on the mailing list. So we can start building relationships and interacting. And again, getting more content out and receiving more reflections.

Then, within the year, we’re going to launch The Book officially. And, there’ll be a bunch of events around that, that everyone who signed up on the mailing list will have exclusive access to.

Within the next, I’d say even five years, we’re going to focus on creating a Certification Program for the Integrated Leader. And then:

  • A Teacher Training Program is going to be layered on top of that.
  • And we’re going to be getting into Universities around the world as the Integrated Leader starts to get translated into multiple languages.

That would be my 5-year plan for that project.
